The villa offers 350 m² of comfort on a private 850 m² plot and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. There are 5 spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, plus a guest toilet.
The interiors are bright and spacious, featuring a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable spaces to relax. All rooms have air conditioning, and the villa provides Wi-Fi.
Outside, you’ll find one of Villa Samarin’s most special features: a beautiful private garden, a large exclusive-use pool, and a spacious terrace with a barbecue area. It’s the perfect spot for outdoor breakfasts, soaking up the Tenerife sun, or simply relaxing while enjoying the golf and ocean views.
The location is another highlight. The golf course is within walking distance. In just 5 minutes by car, you can reach La Caleta, known for its seaside atmosphere, and in about 7 minutes you’ll be at Playa del Duque, one of Costa Adeje’s most iconic beaches.
