We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in the accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).

The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and they have to notify at least two days in advance to contract it.

Someone from the staff will wait for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. He will show it to you and give you the keys. Check-in hours start at 3:00 p.m. and end at 10:00 p.m. If any guest wants to check-in after this time, they will have to pay €25 in cash before entering the apartment.

Accommodation:

Beautiful one-bedroom apartment with a double bed, TV and storage area, full bathroom with shower and an open area with a fully equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, crockery, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.), dining area with space for four people and living room with sofa bed (Two single folding beds are also available. Ask before booking because it has an extra price). In the living room there is also a SMART TV 50.

In addition, the apartment has a large terrace with a second dining area, barbecue and incredible views.

The apartment has FREE WIFI and a washing machine. It does not have parking and is not enabled for people with reduced mobility.

Quiet area, the Mareverde complex offers several communal outdoor pools (one of which is heated) with small waterfalls. The loungers cannot be reserved, they are for community use. Inside the complex there is also a bar with a pool table, 24 hour security.

Neighborhood:

It is located in the heart of the Costa de Adeje within the well-known complex of Mareverde. Close to the Fañabé and El Duque beaches.

Close to all the necessary services. Shops, bars, restaurants and pubs and about 5 minutes walk from the beach and the Maritime Port. It is also close to public transportation.
