We present a haven of peace in a central location in Costa Adeje, in the south of Tenerife. This elegant and immaculately maintained villa stands out for its exclusive location in the hills of San Eugenio, within the prestigious Residencial El Musgo development. The holiday home has a total of three bedrooms, each with a double bed. Two of these are in the main house, whilst the third bedroom is situated in a separate apartment. This offers greater privacy and features its own outdoor kitchen and bathroom, ideal for guests or family members. The main house also offers two bathrooms, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area with stunning sea views. The outdoor area is a real gem. Several terraces, a large swimming pool and stunning, unobstructed panoramic views of the Atlantic, the neighbouring islands of La Gomera and El Hierro, as well as the surrounding mountainous landscape, make this villa a special retreat. Despite its peaceful location, you’ll enjoy excellent transport links: just a few minutes’ walk from Siam Park, around 10 minutes from Siam Mall and less than 15 minutes from Tenerife’s most beautiful sandy beaches. This villa combines privacy, comfort and location at the very highest level.
