Lovely 2 bedroom apartments with sea view, air conditioning and Wi-Fi

This cosy, comfortable 98m2 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom apartment with air conditioning situated in Island Village is everything you could want from a self catering holiday, with fully fitted modernised kitchen (including full size oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven), dining area with big table ( for 8 persons) with chairs( +high child's chair) and space for a further 2 persons in lounge. The apartment comes fully furnished with TV and sea view from the 20m2 terrace and free wi-fi. On terrace there are table with chairs under umbrella and 2 comfortable sunbeds.
Maximum accommodation is 4 persons + 2.
Tenerife has everything you want, including beautiful places to visit, each with its own special Canarian character. There is also a wonderful night life, where you can enjoy some of the worlds best cuisines, visit a nightclub, or simply sit on your own balcony with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.
The Island Village complex is located in a prestige area of San Eugenio Alto with picturesque views of the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean, in the popular tourist area of Costa Adeje, with the neighbouring island of La Gomera only 35 mins away. 2 pools can be used. One is in few metres from apartment's entrance door. Next one is some steps above. There are supermarket on the territory of Island Village.
Below the complex is the Aqua Park and only 10 mins away is Europeโ€™s largest water attraction Siam Park and biggest on Tenerife shopping center Siam Mall. Nice restaurant Molino Blanco is 5 minutes away. In the San Eugenio Commercial Centre you will find the supermarket Mercadona, where you will find lots of local and international products to tempt you.
Only 10-15 mins walk away is the local beach of Puerto Colon, with white sand, complete with lifeguard and lots of shops and bars around the beach area, where you can sit and view the yachts in the cosmopolitan marina sipping your sangria.

Three week stay

Really pleasant, spacious apartment with excellent balcony. Yes, itโ€™s uphill with a number of steps but we were in no hurry and just took our time - weโ€™re both in our seventies. We have booked again for next year but for four weeks this time. The one thing I would appreciate would be a full size ironing board rather than a table top one. Already looking forward to next years holiday.

Pleasant property in a quiet location

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment had everything we needed apart from there were only 2 sunbeds for 4 people. The pool area could do with a bit of tlc and be warned that here are 48 steps up to the apartment. We used the car during the day but taxis are easy to flag down on the main road near the apartment. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again to the apartment

We had an amazing 3 weeks here. Brilliant location - far enough away from the busy areas but close to everything we needed. Kids didnโ€™t moan once about the distance. The kids scooter came in handy too. Great communication with owner.

The property was clean, with excellent air conditioning, rooms were spacious and having 2 bathrooms was brilliant, the terrace was large but could do with some more umbrella's or an awning as it got very hot in the sun with no shade available. It was very hilly but the cabs were reasonably priced so coming home was no problem, the property was good value.

Super apartment

We had the best holiday. Communication with Vera right from time of booking was excellent. There were clear directions of how to get to the villa and it was only a short drive from the airport. The taxi cost 30 euros from the airport. The apartment was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is well situated. There is a supermarket and English deli just a few mins walk away. A pleasant 10 min walk will take you down to the beach. There is a great outdoor space with comfy sun loungers and it is a sun trap from mid day for the rest of the day. The pool is literally a few steps from the front door and during our stay we more or less had the pool to ourselves. A 20 min walk will take you into Las Americas or to Siam Mall shopping centre but if you dont fancy a walk, taxis are readily available. All in all we had a super holiday and would not hesitate to return.

Couple of issues with the electrics which were sorted promptly, other than that good. The location means every journey starts down hill & finishes up hill. If that is not an issue enjoy the sunny balcony & good proximity to everything.

Wonderful apartment - a real home from home

First time booking with Vrbo and it was made really easy by the host, Vera. The apartment was a very good price and looked fabulous online, with plenty of photos. Vera was very responsive to questions before & after booking. The apartment was very spacious, clean & modern. It really did have everything - fully stocked kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher. The bedrooms were lovely (we had twin bed set up in one room) and the main bathroom was lovely. The bath was huge - didn't use as a bath but we could have fit in the 4 of us! The shower was very nice. Plenty of storage in bedrooms and main bathroom and towels provided for bathroom and beach towels. The open plan kitchen and lounge was very clean, light & airy. There was a good selection of books available to borrow. We were surprised to find the tv had main English channels plus Netflix, Amazon Prime & YouTube, which was great for the kids. The outside area was lovely & large with table & chairs & 2 loungers & some inflatables to use in the pool. There were 2 pools right near to the apartment with waterfalls. Both were lovely & had plenty of sunloungers. There was a larger pool at the adjacent complex which we were able to use (same code on gate to gain access), with reception, wifi zone, toilets & drinks/ice-creams sold. As it states in the listing, there are a number of stairs to the property so not good for people with mobility problems. Overall, we had a wonderful time - throughly recommend!

Rondevous confusion

Title of rendezvous misleading should of been appartementos haciendas IV , would of liked pillow and mattress protector, fitted sheets for the beds elastic had stretched so was in a ball every morning so we're lay on mattress, Curtains in main bedroom not wide enough for total privacy, TV too small we don't normally watch tv but I myself was ill the first week, Viktoria our host was lovely,lots of steps but apart from this we would stop here again,bars shops and restaurants near by

Good apartment

The apartment was excellently equipped with all you would need for a comfortable stay.The patio gets sun most of the day but needs a bench cushion underneath the lounge window.If climbing steps is a problem not ideal but the location is very safe and a swimming pool is just around the corner.We found the mattress in the main bedroom is hard and could do with a mattress โ€œtopperโ€ but overall I would stay here again

Great apartment !!

Home from home, everything you need for your stay. Sun all day on the terrace. Very quiet complex with English supermarket at the front (2 mins). A short walk will take you to a few bars and eateries. Good communication with the owner Vera and her assistant Vicktoria met us at the gate to show us around. We will definitely return .

Great holiday in a great location

The booking process was so straight-forward & Vera responded really quickly to any messages. On arrival, we were met at the entrance to the complex & shown up to the front door. The next day, a new sun-lounger was brought up as there was only one on the balcony. After that, we had a brilliant time. It's in a great area behind Aqualand but not too far up the hill. There's a few really good restaurants in the area, esp Pal Choso. Check it out if you like traditional Canarian food. The apartment would benefit from a new TV as the sound from its speakers was crackling. Also, there was a power cut one night due to bad weather and the WiFi connection was awful afterwards. We felt that the living room could also do with slight cosmetic work as there's plaster peeling off the walls but it didn't affect our stay. Overall, I would recommend this apartment & look forward to returning in the future ๐Ÿ™‚

Lovely apartment

The four of us enjoyed our stay at Vera's apartment. We were met as arranged by Viktoria who showed us around the property which was very clean and had everything we needed. The terrace is a sun trap but only two sunbeds one of which is cracked and should be replaced. There is a bit of a hill to climb from the main centre and some steps to negotiate on the complex which may not suit some but this was not a problem for us. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this property in the future.

Our experience

This property is adequate. It was not properly cleaned before we arrived but the lady who met us agreed and gave the floors a quick clean before she left. The couch bed was not working but they had someone out to fix it within a couple of hours. The pool area etc was lovely but overall the property is a bit tired. Could do with a lick of paint and a few new curtains. However we really enjoyed our stay and all the amenities are withing a few minutes.
