"The check-in was smooth, the food delicious. The pool was lovely.
Our only small gripe was that there appeared to be a number of new staff in the restaurant and bar who perhaps lacked essential training, all were very pleasant but didn't appear to have been fully briefed on their roles and how to carry them out. We understand training time may be limited but it would assist guests greatly.
Many thanks for an overall great stay!"
