NOT CLEAN! Carpet dirty and stained, instant urine smell when entered the room. Sheets and curtains stained. Chair in room covered in stained other chair dirty and had a rip. Bathroom door scratched and had a hole just left patched on it. No elevator. Very old property not updated at all. Room and hallway smelled of urine. Very surprised it had the brand Ramada in it, I have never seen a Ramada in this condition before. Heavily disappointed.

the only good thing was the blooming flowers The staff person was difficult and bossy tried to through us out on the street accessed my phone by grabbing it out of my hands stocked us up the stairs The pool and hot tub were off use due to health concerns no apologies or offers given to make up for this TERRIBLE
