Beautiful ocean view. However, the AC was making a noise and they couldn't fix it, they offer to change us to another room to the building next door. It was run down, not updated and would've been a downgrade from what we had reserved and paid for. We decided to stay in the same room with the noisy AC and we had to use Earplugs. I would say half of the staff was nice and helpful and the other half didn't really care and were just there because it's their job. The amenities were fine, one of the nights we went to use the hot tub the hot tub was not hot, I went and made 2 employees aware of the issue they said they were going to send someone to fix it after 1 hour of waiting no one came to fix the issue. Its a beautiful hotel but definitely could use some upkeep in the rooms. The buffet was decent, the alchol drinks seemed a little weak. There's a pool area for adults only which was a +, 2 other pool areas, and 2 hot tubs. The pool and ocean water are still pretty cool in April, not many people in the pool because of this.
