"The hotel is too old and outdated. Our shower barely had a flow of water, so it took longer to take showers. We were only able to use the hot water knob, and the water was only half warm. We had to keep the bathroom door open because it was hot in the bathroom when you turned on the light. No blow dryer. We had a kitchenette but No coffee maker. Big closet but no iron. The star rating it has is not true. Staff was not friendly and we were not given options to upgrade or asked if our stay was ok at check out. We didn't even know the hotel had a new addition right at the beach. The nightly rate is overpriced! The rating should be a 2 star and that's exaggerating. I will never stay there again."
