The staff was amazing! My child turned 9 while we were there and Yoan and the staff made him feel so special. Also, the place is beautiful! The amenities sensationa! The food delicious! 10/10! Thanks Yoan and everyone for the great stay.

A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member

We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing.
