"Pool was closed for refurbishment with no prior announcement. Incredibly slow service at breakfast (as in the chef had not even arrived for work by 9.45am when I came for breakfast). AC was never turned on in communal areas, nor in the room prior to arrival. Lobby and corridors were hot and humid. ..."
