AbbyCreek Inn
"The rooms were very clean, sheets and towels decent quality, bed very comfortable, carpet seemed new. The choice of florescent white ceiling light bulbs instead of soft white makes the room seem cold. Sound proofing was not great, but no one was loud or stayed up late. Breakfast was fairly good, There were waffles. scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, peaches, yogurt, white and wheat bread. No bagels, English muffins or other fruit. It did not vary from day to day. I did like the homey atmosphere and use of actual silverware instead of plastic. My main reason for downgrading maintenance was the somewhat worn/not the cleanest fronts of room doors and stained and grubby walkways outside the rooms and to the parking areas. Cleaning or paint for doors and a good high pressure cleaning of the walkways would really help make a better impression because the rooms were fine."
