"Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Plasencia is abit of a dump but this hotel is a wonderful oasis. We stayed with our dogs. They had a big bed and bowls and nibbles welcoming them. We had a stunning suite. Loved our stay there"

The staff did provide these after we asked for them. Bed was very comfortable, bar staff were very nice although service a little slow. Food was delicious in the restaurant. The building was beautiful with very pleasing decorations. Would recommend this area especially for the gorge swimming areas."
