Staff was very courteous, Laura at the reception desk and Jose (Josefa) in the breakfast area. We had poor internet reception in our suite and Laura contacted the phone company hoping to solve the issue. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved after our 3 day stay.

There was no coffee maker in room, no welcome bottle of water for guests on their first day check in and the worse part was that no taxi available to take us to the Bus station, we had to walk with our luggage all the way to the bus station 😞

Pillow and bed was ok, sheets were clean. The room didn’t have comforters, just some plaid. Sink were not draining well. This hotel doesn’t feel like 4 stars at all. Parking is not very easy, and there hard to find a place to load off the luggage. We were on the first floor yet there were some stairs which makes it harder to carry the luggage. There was no one who offered a help with luggage at the hotel. As for me, I wouldn’t stay there again. It’s time to renovate hotel."
