"We had a fantastic stay at Ski-Inn Ruka Valley and would highly recommend it. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, modern, and very well equipped. Having our own private sauna was a real highlight, and the drying racks for ski clothing were incredibly useful after a day on the slopes. The ski locker downstairs for skis and poles made everything so convenient and hassle-free.
The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the customer service truly stood out. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.
We also really appreciated the clear and helpful instructions sent via text message prior to arrival, which made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free.
Overall, a brilliant experience — so much so that we’ve already booked to come back next year!"
