"Good Morning. This Hotel had just completed a renovation and was having a Grand reopening. So that was a plus. The rooms were very nice and comfortable.the hotel was very clean.& maintained. We would like to especially thank one staff member Stephanie for going above and beyond whenever an issue arise. She was Amazing! For example. The mini refrigerator door would not close.it did not take multiple calls to get this issue resolved. Stephanie was very diligent and it was resolved in less than 15 minutes of calling. There were orher instances during her shift those 2 nights.The last night of our stay. There was some disturbances in the next room. Stephanie address that concern immediately. I must say she was very Professional in each situation and Customer friendly at the same time! I am also a Customer Service Specialist. I recognized all the qualities I was trained, taught and learned on how to execute Customer Service. Stephanie handle it using all the tools of not just Professionalism. But active listening, expressing empathy, demonstrating understanding, personable skills, genuine concern for the hotel guest and maintaining quality service for the establishment & safety. Working in this field myself. You don’t see the traditional Customer Service skills as of old. So to know that there are still many who value service of people using these skills made it sn exceptional stay! Thank you Stephanie and staff!"
