"The best hotel we stayed at during our Cairo-Aswan-Luxor trip. Very friendly staff, great facilities, tidy rooms and beautiful river front area to relax after a day of exploring. Great buffet for people though limited options for vegans, with poor dietary restriction notices on the food, though belatedly having spoken to the chef he said he would’ve made us something special during our stay had we made it know (so better to do that personally than rely on the waiting staff to make your plight known!)"

I personally dislike single use plastic toiletries bottles as they are bad for the environment. The hall carpets could do with regular cleaning Pool area needed a refresh. Disliked walking through the shabby smoking area to get to the pool, we were unable to use game area ,No ping pong ball or bat. Heavy use of plastic, tea spoons, toiletries, Buttler, ketchup, sugar single use. "

"Is just a one night stay but this what i think Bed wasn’t comfortable, food disappointing, room is clean but a little old fashioned, night mosquitos. I got told outside food is not allowed in the hotel and the hotel is away from everything. Overall i think is a 3 star and you decide where you spend your money. "
