"When I pulled into the hotel, the first thing I saw was a large pile of disgusting dirty mattresses in the parking lot. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking they were replacing their beds. We went in to get our hotel room, walked up to our room and saw garbage all over the walkways. When we walked into our room it had an awful odor inside the room. We went back to the office and told them we would not be staying there and gave the reasons why. The staff tried to defend why the property looked the way it did."
