"The man at the desk when we checked in was not pleasant and not very clean or presentable. His hair and clothes were very dirty. He wasn’t helpful when I asked about our group that was arriving for an event in the banquet room that weekend. He was argumentative and I dropped it and told him three times I wasn’t going to argue with him. The front desk staff Tammy and Jessica the next day went over and beyond and were extremely professional. Also the cleaning staff Chelsey went out of her way to make sure everything went well. Please make an effort to provide dog owners with a copy of the Wyoming statute regarding service animals. People should be made aware that dogs are not permitted in the eating area and especially not sitting on a chair at the table."
