"Wonderful room for our family. The facility has high end features. Work out center is very nice and has showers with all of the amenities. The restaurant/bar isn't built yet but that didn't matter as the town is close and has sufficient options. I would stay here again."

"The house was open, loved the double bunk beds with the lower bunks being full size. Very clean. Loved in the bunkbed room there was a separate TV and toys, games for the kids. Big yard. Loved everything about the place"

"I just wish there was air conditioning at this location. It was hot in the evenings and the windows were wide open but we still had trouble sleeping. It is a beautiful place and a hidden gem but really needs air conditioning. We also unclogged two toilets when we first got there....not sure what ..."

"As our kids said when they saw our rental, "This has got to be the best rental we've ever stayed in!" And barring a special place in my heart for our Italian villa last year, they're right. Everything was perfect - the location, the view, the house, the amenities, the owner. The little extras about this house make it so special. King beds and an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom. The beautiful propane fire pit and sauna on the deck. A view each night to die for. All kinds of spices, plenty of cookware in the kitchen, and a blackstone griddle for preparing our own dinners. And Ryan was always quick to respond to questions with great suggestions for activities. We loved Capitol Reef and if we ever return, we will be back!"
