Overall, the property was very well kept. It’s clean and beds were comfortable. The only downside was they did not have shampoo and soap in the shower. We were scammed. We had to pay up front and never had the opportunity to check in to the hotel once we arrived. All the doors were locked and they did not answer our calls. DO NOT BOOk!!

JUFA Hotel Vulkanland Sport- Resort
Personal wirkt ziemlich hektisch und nervös. Frühstückbuffet um 9 Uhr fast leer, dauerte Ewig bis was nach kam. Keine Tassen und Gläser , musste man auch nach fragen das man welche bekommt. Auf meinem Wunsch beim einchecken per Internet, zwei Polster pro Bett funktionierte nicht.

Das Abendessen ala card war nicht gut ausgewählt! Der tofu hat sehr fad geschmeckt Das schnitzel und die pommes haben im Fett getrieft, hätte man vorher abtropfen lassen können… Die getränke Preise für mich zuhoch. Das personal wirklich sehr freundlich und höflich, sehr entgegenkommend…..
