"Hotel admin forced us to pay additional fee stating that the price on the Expedia was wrong. Part of the pool was closed. The other part is offered for additional fee. The room bathroom was overflowed with water from the shower. There is not air-conditioner in the room."

Armaco Residence
"The hotel is in very good condition with a very harmonious environment. The access road may look authentic original, but my car for sure didn't appreciated. The staff was friendly, with no staff speaking English in the restaurant, but at least they had the menu available in English language. The food was good, with a nice presentation too. For a short stay, the options in the menu are sufficient, but for who is intending to spend longer period... they may need to consider other places to eat out, but being a remote area... the options are not so many in close vicinity. The SPA conditions are excellent. The heating of the room very efficient. There is no direct access from the parking lot, via front door to the elevator, therefore the heavy suitcases have to be carried on some stairs (not many stairs, but enough to annoying anyone who has heavy luggage)."
