"To be fair I did look back at my four page email confirmation and did see I was informed there was no wi fi. Did not see that. We did not come to Big Sur to surf internet but no access to outside phone calls, weather and maps presented difficult planning logistics. "

"My husband and I just returned from a 2 night stay at Post Ranch Inn and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The staff goes above and beyond from the moment you arrive until you leave. The grounds are immaculately kept and there are plenty of activities to keep you busy while staying at the inn. The restaurant was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. I really cannot say enough about the service. We just hope that we can make or back again in the future."

"Immaculate room and comfortable bed. Great location and an easy drive to the Carmel Valley shops, Carmel, and Big Sur. A fridge in the room would have been nice. Highly recommended. Iced tea in the reception area was a nice touch. "
