"Il villaggio è tenuto in cattive condizioni, le camere sono piccolissime, gli arredi sono molto vecchi e spartani, la piscina era super affollata ed il lido lascia molto a desiderare. "No beach, no pool and no restaurant. Where was I supposed to eat? Masseria Refrigerio is not as adverised. I was very isolated and most important - no where to eat. What would you do in my circumstance? Thank you! I feel that I cannot trust "Travelocity" in the future."

"Daytime and late night staff were friendly and helpful. Afternoon staff person not so much. Website says shuttle available around immediate area and to airport, but when we inquired were told by afternoon person we could not use van to get to bottom of hill (with our luggage) for our car pickup and also before stay when I asked about shuttle service to airport, we were directed to make our own arrangements- they did not provide. I would recommend clarity on use of shuttle. Aslo- music entertainment in the square echos off buildings and the noise until 1:30 am was unfortunate."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Ostuni Palace Hotel Ristorante & Spa. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of Ostuni right outside the hotel and only about a 10-minute walk to the historic centre. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was surprisingly large, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, and breakfast was very good with a great selection. Another big plus was the free parking, which made having a car in Ostuni so much easier. Breakfast and parking being included made the stay even better value. We didn’t get a chance to try the spa during our stay, but it’s a nice option to have on-site. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a great location for exploring Ostuni."
