Super 8 by Wyndham Sparta
"If there was an option to give negative stars I would 100% do so. This hotel and staff were the worst encounter with "hospitality" I have encountered. The room was booked on hotels.com and once I checked into our pet friendly room, it was the most disgusting room I have been in. My daughter, cried at the thought of staying in a room that was so gross. I went back down to let them know that we would not be staying and they refused to check me out or offer a reimbursement. The clerk first said he could not do anything because it was booked through third party. Then later told me his manager would have to approve and when I asked him to call the mangers he flat refused. He offered me another room that was equally disgusting. Their " pool" that was advertised was a cess pool. That had a room that was housing dead plants. They informed me I needed to pay the pet deposit at which point I refused as we were not staying there. I contacted hotels.com and they were equally as helpful. So we started off our vacation biting it on 277$ as my family would not stay there. It was the worst way to start vacation. It was the very worst experience I have had dealing with anyone. So please don't stay there- you will thank me later"
