"Bed looked like it was slept in... Thermostat was locked and un-adjustable... No drinking water or breakfast or any food for that matter as advertised. No live TV (only paid apps tv were available (Was there during the World Series... not cool) But the coffee maker worked. Good work guys!"

"My family stayed here for a holiday world trip. The hotel was fairly clean. The air was cold. The breakfast was very basic bare bones but the staff kept it well stocked and was friendly. I had issues with the bathroom supply bottles still having a shipping cap so the product couldn’t be squeezed out. Front desk didn’t have a key to fix it but she did provide products. The bed was very soft but for me too painful to sleep on. We didn’t use the pool so I didn’t even see it. I would stay here again."
