Booked weeks ahead and requested adjacent rooms for family of four, never got them. Bad start. Dinner - 50mins wait, too long, food was good at least. Great food, great service, great location

We enjoyed the trip thoroughly, the only setback was that there was no wifi at the hotel. Otherwise we had excellent food, and the view of Mt Kenya from the room was awesome. The hotel is aptly named.
