"The rooms need a little tidying up. The bath tub with cracks, skirting scuffed, walls could do with a coat of paint and the toilet seat detached from the hinges! Staff are generally all good. Mentioned the toilet seat issue to Prince. He was very apologetic and helpful."

"This is a great hotel to stay in for a couple nights. I'm not the hugest fan of the location but the hotel is decent. Small critiques would be they need to add a little paint to the bathrooms and figure a way to eliminate the old smell in the hallways. The staff is superb! The food is great. Drinks are costly but it's expected at a 5 star hotel."
