A gorgeous view of the Sassi and Matera. We were a quick walk from sites and food, plus had easy free parking close by. The staff were very friendly and the room was gorgeous. Hotel degli Ulivi
This is a great hotel. It's welcoming and clean. I am very comfortable and have stayed many, many times. My only problem is, I asked for a room with a pool view, but when I got there, I didn't get it. Still, it's always a nice stay.

Masseria Savoia Resort
A lovely venue, albeit somewhat isolated - you have to have a car. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. We had the pool to oursleves, as well as the waitress!
