"There were small ants in the bedroom area, on the sink counter in the bathroom. I only brought one bag into the room, and it had an ant in it when I woke up this morning. When I got in the car, I felt something crawling on my arm, and it was an eraser top size black bug. I smacked it off my arm, and have no idea where it came from. Now I'm worried about bed bugs. Took a hot shower as soon as my 7 hour trip home was complete. None of my luggage with clothes, etc came into the bedroom with me. I will never stay there again, and is Hotels,com willing to do any kind of reimbursement? "
