"So Orlando renters has 9 tiers of property, yet they don't explain what they are. Not on their website or Expedia. Expedia looks like it's based on # of rooms but "value plus" is a stained carpet dirty baseboards, broken blinds, no grass just dirt home that doesn't match the quality in the photos. ..."

"Hotel is going through some renovations (and getting ready to change over to Quality Inn, Exterior is up to date, room we stayed in was very clean but needed a little work as it related to shower, ample hot water, our toilet was a little clog but within 15 minutes of notifying front desk that was resolved. The bed was soft but still comfortable ( Im a firm mattress person but I slept good and woke up feeling good). The continental breakfast was so-so and unfortunately had no coffee....... (I think they were getting a new coffee machine). The good news is there is Bob Evans within a minute walk and Bob Evans still does a great job with his meals. when leaving the hotel, you want to make a left and drive to next intersection and make a left again to the traffic light on Route 27. The hotel is right off I-4. I would definitely stay there again."
