Two hours to check in. Long line, one person behind counter, managee never came out. Then computers went down after waiting 45min in line. This is a motel, shower pressure dismal, bed hard. Not coming back here.

The pool was not heated I booked this hotel for the pool but my son wasn’t able to enjoy it for not even 10 minutes because it was so cold ac was blasting It was a huge disappointment

I stay here every time I go to Calistoga I enjoy every stay the only thing I don’t care for it’s the breakfast it’s literally a cup of coffee and a toast not really breakfast
