After one night, I decided to leave early, even though my reservation was for four nights, because the conditions were far below standadrd and not comfortable for me. I requested a rebate for the unused nights, but it was declined. I still left due to the smell. Overall, this property needs significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and quality control. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again."

"I booked for a Business Suite with 1 bedroom and instead ended up in a studio style accommodation. There was no customary phone that you always find in any hotel room and had to go down to the lobby every time I needed something. There was no room service to change bedsheets/linen. The bathroom had a leak in its pipe which flooded the bathroom floor."
