Extremely poor customer service

"We generally don't stay at Ginger and not used to such hospitality standard. Due to less than 20hrs stay in the city and other strategic benefits due to the location, we booked this property. While check-in, the reception guy was extremely rude and inefficient. Absolutely unfit for any hospitality ..."
