"A really nice old building. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, particularly the lady and young guy at breakfast (exception was the slightly snippy receptionist who we met on arrival - we never saw her again after that, perhaps a temp?). Our room was a cosy double - it was certainly cosy and quite small, but decor was nice and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent - the coffee machine was great, but the instructions were only in English and the German people in front of us had no idea how to use it. Some additional languages might be good given the range of nationalities staying there."
