Good location, not so great service

We were told our room was upgraded free of cost, which is great. The hotel's location is excellent. It is unfortunate the hotel doesn't have an elevator as we had heavy luggage. We loved it there

We stayed in haft term. The hotel is what it said on the tin. The view from 2 balconies were amazing. The location was in the centre of town. We would stay again. The best thing it’s value was excellent.
