Breakfast was great the only problem was they said at the reception that opens at 6:00 am. Out train was program for 6:45 and the restaurant didn’t open until 6:30 so we paid for breakfast and didn’t have one and no time to asked for refunding

Very close to the Graz Train Station. We arrived at midnight and staff were great at welcoming us. The place was well decorated and stocked with snacks, beer, etc. in a nice and cozy lobby. Will definitely stay again when I need an early morning train.

Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast.
