"This hotel claims to be sound proof but we could hear the smoker next door coughing for hours and then snoring loudly. Our room was not sound proof at all. It also claims air conditioning but there were no vents in our room so I am not sure about that. Luckily it was cool when we were there, but if you open the window there is a lot of traffic noise. Unfortunately, those two problems are very expensive to fix."
