"It is impossible to recommend this hotel and I will not be staying here on future trips. "The hotel is just on the beautiful white sandy beach, we can bathe in a cozy wooden bed. Breakfast is not buffet style but we can choose menu, delicious meals ! I love dinner, too, reasonable but wonderful. All the staff are friendly and nice, family atmosphere. I would like to come back !"

"We booked this hotel considering its good reviews, but it was not the nice place we expected. The TV in our room was not working and when we asked about it we were told it was a problem with the signal and that it would be solved by 3-4 pm, by the next morning it was still not working and after asking again they told us that TV was not working. The safe was not working either, they sent someone to check it and since it was not working they changed it but the other safe was left at our porch for a full day and no one came to pick it up until we complain about it. The shower does not have a door or curtain and whenever one takes a shower, the whole bathroom gets wet and it’s really messy. The exhaust if the bathroom didn’t working either. The linens in the bed were ripped. The towels are mismatched (in size and color) and are really worn out. The plants around the pool and walking areas are not taken care of, there are a lot of dry leaves and broken branches all over the place. The hotel has a very good menu and the food is of great quality & quantity, the restaurant is most of the times full both by in-house and outside guests but the service is slow and inconsistent, they forget & confuse the orders and take ages to bring the food to the table. The pool is great, big and really clean which is a good point for the hotel. This hotel is in a great location and we think that if all these maintenance issues were taken care of, the experiencia would be completely different. "
