"There were no signs to the hotel which made it difficult to find in its remote location. The sign was to a resturant with a different name. No air conditioning or fan. The receptionist left at night and locked us in the hotel. The promised breakfast did not appear so left at 8.30 through the fire ..."

"We booked this hotel for our 1 year wedding anniversary and so glad we chose Hotel Bellevue. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed but the best part by far was the staff. Everyone from the hotel manager to the housekeepers were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was ever too much. We were made to feel like family and they ensured our stay was everything we could have dreamed of."
