"There is not a more Luxurios Hotel in Las Vegas"
I have been going to Vegas for the Past 20 years and stayed in Great Hotels such as The Hotel,The Four Seasons,Wynn (both Towers) Venetian (both Towers) and all the other 5 star hotels. Not one of them hold a candle to the Mandarin!! Their service is two steps up from what I thought any other hotel had. The Rooms are Very clean,Quiet and peaceful. There is no casino but thats what I want when it is time to relax or go to bed.

"Choose the "strip" side if you want to sleep"
Very well appointed room, much larger than we anticipated and an excellent value. Lots of wow features in the room such as automated draperies and lighting, comfortable sofa, and a very large bathroom with nice finishes. Hotel services were on par with a 5 star hotel, and after walking around the strip I would say the public areas were much cleaner than other hotels. Restaurants were top notch, especially SW Steakhouse which is definitely the best steakhouse I've been to, and I'm sure would rival any top steakhouse - excellent service and food quality. The bummer about the trip was the last night when we couldn't sleep from 2 am to 5 am due to the noise from the dance club 22 floors below us. They've got to figure out a way to let those folks have a good time (everyone is in Vegas for a good time!) without disturbing the other guests. We brought this up with management and they did remove the resort fee for both nights and did suggest we stay on the other side of the hotel if we return. The bummer about that is we were on the golf course side which in my opinion is a much nicer view than the side that faces the rest of the strip.

"Perfect Choice for non-gaming hotel!"
If you are looking to steer clear of the casino hotels, this property is a perfect choice! No smokey smell, much less crowded and calmer than gaming properties. Its location at the end of the strip keeps you away from the "madness" but you can catch the Deuce bus right in front of the hotel and easily head into the heart of the Strip or cross the street and catch it in the opposite direction to go to old downtown Las Vegas. VERY clean, always able to get a lounger or table by the pool (which stays open until 10:00 p.m.--MUCH later than most other hotel pools). There's a CVS right on the corner with a pretty large selection of groceries and pre-made sammies to stock your room fridge, allowing you to eat breakfast and lunch in your room if you desire. Concierge was very helpful in booking excursions to Hoover Dam and Vegas shows. I would recommend this hotel without reservation to anyone who wants a "gentler" Vegas experience.

"Great location middle of the strip "
Hotel was best ever. Staff was unbelievable. Always asking what they could do to help you. Checking in wife needed a bandage for a blister and front desk had one in their pocket. Genuinely cared about our stay.

"Paradise in Paradise!!"
The Venetian was better then I could have imagined. The room was huge a real suite with a separate living room. The bathroom had a dressing area which came complete with a vanity to sit at while doing my hair or putting on make up. The room was spotless with comfortable linens and numerous pillows on the the bed. My view of the strip was wonderful. We could watch the volcano erupt at the Mirage from our window. We ate at yardbird, table 10 for lunch. They were both great! We had dinner at Delmonico which is a must in Vegas! We had the breakfast buffet at the Lux every morning. This was a great trip!

"It is it's own world."
The Bellagio is a beautiful facility. The pool area is a world all its own. The staff is very friendly and courteous. A couple things that were not great--we could not get our room temperature below 70 degrees and the original room we were given was not cleaned--the hotel immediately moved us to a new room.

"Look out for all the hidden charges "
Mandalay Bay was a great choice on many levels. Friendly helpful nice staff. Beautiful facilities etc. but the room service and beach grill food was HORRIBLE. And they add a $9 charge just to deliver but that does not include tip ....? What a jip. On top of a $30day plus tax resort fee you are going to get added random charges that no one can really explain why they are charging you then taxed on top. I paid (with a discount) $200 a night for the room. Do you really need to team me at every turn like this. Unfortunately after 3 days of constant added charged we were ready to leave. Kind of takes away some of the fun if you feel you're constantly being ripped off ALSO know that unless you rent a cabana (starting at 99day to 300) you will have to BUY tubes for the lazy river. 1 adult and 1 child's tube and 1 sunscreen was $65. Welcome to VEGAS! Even if you don't gamble you won't be able to hold onto your money hahahaa.

"Great hotel would definitly stay again."
Would highly recommend this hotel, when I checked in I was slightly concerned the corridors leading to the rooms are a bit scruffy however as soon as I entered the room I felt at home, the bed was so cumfy and the pillows so soft, after a two day journey from australia I needed that, the spa bath was huge..the corridors were not an issue we had a door directly to the pool just at the bottom of the lift, the private pool area we loved, with the cool misters and the bar and the convenience of the cafe come shop selling everything from chemist things to light snacks, even though the hotel is situated behind the Flamingo its only a short walk througth the Flamingo garden and Flamingo to the strip, will be definitly stay again.
