Staff was nice. View is awesome. Parking is horrible. There’s no way in the building from the parking lot. Doors are always locked. You have to find parking in front or walk a long distance from the lot to the front. Housekeeping takes all towels and washcloths and doesn’t replace them. We had to request sets for three occupants every time they came. Breakfast buffet is too expensive for quality.

Such a beautiful view of the falls! Amazing room set up and great hotel breakfast. It was super hot though and the room was hot, but they provided fans and we slept great. Nice to have bus passes included as well for easy transport. Highly recommend!

We booked a room with a view of the Falls, and it was totally worth the price!!!!! Absolutely stunning view of both US and Canadian side of the Falls. Room was great, pool amazing, and staff super helpful and friendly. Lots of dining choices within walking distance
