Information on how to enter, the prizes and rules for redeeming the prizes form part of the terms and conditions of entry for the Sweepstakes. Participation in the Sweepstakes is deemed to be acceptance of these official rules (“Official Rules”) and any other notices referenced herein.

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram (“Instagram”). You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor (defined below) and not to Instagram. The information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy (see below). Instagram is hereby completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor and not to Instagram. 

In these Official Rules, the term “you” refers to any person who enters, or who wishes to enter, the Promotion.

1. Eligibility: Travelocity’s “#WanderToWin” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old or older at the time of entry, have an Instagram account and who otherwise meet the requirements set out in these Official Rules. Employees of Travelscape, LLC, (“Travelocity”), US Sweeps (“US Sweeps”) and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees are not eligible to enter or win. 

2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Travelocity.com/Travelscape, LLC c/o NRAI, 311 S. Division St., Carson NV 89703 (“Sponsor”). US Sweeps, 625 Panorama Trail, Suite 2100, Rochester, NY 14625, is the Administrator (“Administrator”).

3. Agreement to Official Rules: By entering, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Central Time (CT) on August 29, 2018 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on October 24, 2018 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period will include nine (9) daily entry periods as outlined in the chart below (each, an “Entry Period”). Entries (defined below) submitted and received during any given Entry Period will be carried over into any subsequent Entry Period(s). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

5. How to Enter the Sweepstakes: Your Instagram profile must be set to “Public” in order for your entry to be eligible.

During the daily Entry Period, create your own Instagram post based on the prompt “wandering feet” using the hashtags #WanderToWin and #Sweepstakes in the caption and you will be entered for a chance to win.

Entries will not be acknowledged. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per Entry Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Instagram account. If you attempt to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different Instagram accounts, identities, registrations or logins, or through any other methods, Sponsor may exclude you from participating in the Sweepstakes. When you enter, you are providing information to Sponsor. No purchase necessary.

By entering on Instagram, you agree that your Entry conforms to the Submission Requirements as defined below (“Submission Requirements”) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify you from the Sweepstakes if it believes that your Entry fails to conform to the Submission Requirements. Entrants must have permission from all individuals that appear in the Entry (if any) to use their name and likeness in the Submission and to grant the rights set forth herein. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Standard text messaging, data and/or other rates apply to participants who submit a Post via a wireless mobile device. Wireless service providers may charge for airtime and/or data in relation to each standard text message sent and received. 6.    Submission Requirements: BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU AGREE THAT THE POST COMPLIES WITH ALL CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE RULES. THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL BEAR NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR ENTRY OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF. THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY YOU IN THE EVENT IT IS SUBSEQUENTLY DISCOVERED THAT YOU HAVE DEPARTED FROM OR NOT FULLY COMPLIED WITH ANY OF THESE RULES AND/OR THE INSTAGRAM RULES.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant hereby warrants and represents that any Post he/she submits:

A. is original to him/her;

B. does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;

C. the account will need to be made public to see the specific hashtags;

D. will not give rise to any claims whatsoever, including, without limitation, claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity, or infringe on any rights and/or interests of any third party; and

E. is not defamatory, trade libelous, pornographic or obscene, and further that it will not contain, depict, include, discuss or involve, without limitation, any of the following: nudity; alcohol/drug consumption or smoking; explicit or graphic sexual activity, or sexual innuendo; crude, vulgar or offensive language and/or symbols; derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual, religious or other groups (including, without limitation, any competitors of Sponsor); personal information of individuals, including, without limitation, names, telephone numbers and addresses (physical or electronic); commercial messages, comparisons or solicitations for products or services other than products of Sponsor; any identifiable third party products, trade-marks, brands and/or logos, other than those of Sponsor); conduct or other activities in violation of these Rules; and/or any other comment that is or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, at any time and for any reason to screen any Post(s). Any Post that the Sponsor deems, in its sole and absolute discretion, to violate the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules is subject to disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and for any reason, to request an entrant to modify, edit and/or re-submit his or her Post in order to ensure that the Post and complies with these Rules, or for any other reason. If such an action is necessary at any point during or after the Sweepstakes, then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take whatever action it deems necessary based on the circumstances – including, without limitation, disqualifying the Post (and therefore the corresponding Entry and/or the associated entrant).

7. Sponsor’s Rights to Submissions: By entering, you grant Sponsor, and their agents, licensees, and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual (non-exclusive) license and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use your entry and all elements of such entry, including, without limitation, responses to the questions, as-is or as-edited (with or without using your name) in any media throughout the world, in perpetuity, for any purpose, without limitation, and without additional notification, review, compensation, or approval from you or any other party. You agree that the Sponsor may use the aggregate information collected from the competition for related research and marketing purposes. Participants warrant that their Mail-in Request is their own work.

8. Drawings: On each of the dates listed in the chart below (each, a “Draw Date”) on or about 3:00 pm ET at 625 Panorama Trail, Suite 2100, Rochester, NY 14625, Administrator will conduct a random draw (each, a “Draw”) from among all eligible Entries received in connection with the corresponding Entry Period to select one (1) potential Prize (defined below) winner. For greater certainty and the avoidance of doubt, Entries received in connection with any given Entry Period WILL BE carried over into, and will BE eligible for, any subsequent Entry Period(s). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received in connection with the applicable Entry Period.

9. Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners: Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The prize winners will be chosen at random on the dates described in paragraph 8 above during the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram and asked to provide their email and physical mailing address. Once notified that you are a potential winner, you will be required to sign and return, within seven (7) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, an IRS W-9 Form and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, "the Releases"). These Releases will require the Prize winner to furnish his/her Social Security Number for the sole purpose of tax reporting, as required by law. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. The prize is not transferable; no prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed except as may be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s (and winner’s guest’s, if any) consent that their names, likenesses, and/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent. Only one (1) alternate entrant per prize will be contacted.

10. Prizes: There are nine (9) prizes (each, a “Prize”) available to be won at the start of the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) Prize will be allocated to each Entry Period. A Prize consists of a travel voucher for $500 off any booking for a package (flight + hotel) or stand-alone hotel on Travelocity.com. The travel voucher expires October 31, 2019 and can only be used on one (1) booking.

Total ARV of all Sweepstakes prizes is up to $4,500. The actual retail value may vary depending on the point of departure, travel itinerary, and costs of air transportation at time of award. 

The cost of the booking does not need to meet or exceed $500. Any voucher value remaining after making a qualifying booking costing less than $500 is not redeemable. All bookings costing more than $500 will be discounted by $500 upon application of the voucher discount. Re-bookings are not allowed. The value of the booking is not refundable. Booking is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. 

Prize winners are responsible for paying any applicable federal, state, local, income and withholding taxes, if any. In the event that any tax withholding is required by law for the prize, winner authorizes Sponsor to make the corresponding deduction. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor will not be liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellations or delays. Sponsor will not be liable for any airline and/or hotel fees incurred as a consequence of changing or cancelling flight and/or hotel reservations. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or prize components. Winner may not transfer, assign, or substitute the prize, or redeem the prize for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Prize is awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee, either express of implied by Sponsor.

11. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person who seeks to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of an entry, the authorized account holder of the Instagram Account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

12. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

13. Privacy and Publicity: Any information collected from the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by the entrants at the time of entry, with these Official Rules, and with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy found at http://www.travelocity.com/p/info-other/privacy-policy.htm. Each entrant expressly agrees to the use of his/her personal information for such purpose. The following information will be collected from each entrant for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and may also be used by Released Parties and their affiliates to contact the potential winners: entrant name, address and email address. The Released Parties will not sell, share or otherwise disclose information collected in any manner with third parties, other than those parties necessary to fulfill the above purposes, unless entrant has given his prior express consent to receive additional information from the Released Parties or a third party. Entrants have a right of access to, modification and withdrawal of their personal data. Entrants also have the right of opposition to the data collection, under certain circumstances, in accordance with applicable law. To exercise such right, an entrant may write to Travelocity, 5400 LBJ Freeway Suite 500 Dallas, Texas 75240 Attn: Privacy Team, (“Data Controller” and “Data Recipient”). The Released Parties will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that entrants’ personal information is treated securely and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules. 

14. Disputes: You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Washington. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Washington or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Washington.

15. Results: To request a winners’ list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Travelocity’s #WanderToWin Sweepstakes Winner List,” PO Box 25466, Rochester, NY 14625-0466. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks after the end of the Entry Period.
