This is a nice older hotel, just a bit away from the old town section of Zürich. It's very easily accessible from the main train station area or the lake via tram lines. The rooms were nice and very clean. There is a hotel on property, but we didn't have a chance to try it.

The location was excellent. The staff incredibly helpful especially Fatiha Zaman who took the time to help us get a problem with our boarding passes resolved. One thing that was not to our liking was the bathroom. It was too small. We had a twin room and there was hardly any room to put any of our toiletries. We stayed for a week and overall, we enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. It is a small room but that is how it is in Europe. Transportation available right outside the hotel. 24 hour front desk help. I was also able to communicate with the hotel before our stay and they were very helpful with local recommendations.
