Great location to Old Town Zurich

This hotel was perfect for an overnight layover between flights. It is in a perfect location to walk around the Old Town. Many very good restaurants are within walking distance as well as the major train station (HB). It’s only ~ 20 min from the airport. Our only complaint is that our room didn’t have air conditioning and it was uncomfortable sleeping at night. Not sure if it’s the whole hotel without it but if you are traveling in the summer months, be prepared. We opened the window and that provided some relied. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was larger than expected. There is no closet if you are staying for awhile and want to unpack. The dining area looked lovely but we didn’t eat at the hotel.

Air conditioning in some rooms. The others are horribly hot. Door to bathroom broke and got glass on the floor, which they did a poor job of cleaning and I ended up stepping on glass. I booked a two-twin room and got a single bed. The cleaning crew threw out our leftover pizza and our toothpaste while we were out. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good, but the property itself is not great.

We stayed for two nights at the hotel. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. The room was sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was very good as well. It was very hot at the time of our stay in Switzerland so with no air conditioning it was uncomfortable sleeping but that it typical.

Hotel Felix will always stand for service that goes above and beyond. I arrived well into the evening, only to discover I had dropped my phone in the now-departed taxi. The kind clerk at the Felix front desk helped me track down the taxi and ensure the return of my phone. That was the dramatic example of kind, attentive and always courteous staff. I slept soundly between crisp sheets in an immaculately clean room. I would highly recommend Hotel Felix if you want to be old town Zürich.

The front desk personnel were very helpful and went out of their way to help with parking and other questions. The room was tight for 3 people , especially for 3 nights.. Great location.

Very close to main station - walkable in 5-10 minutes. Room was compact. The bathroom wall next to the bed is made of glass so important curtains were drawn when using. This was a positive design - it ‘opened’ up the room making it seem less compact. There was a tower fan which oscillated. This was much needed because with the window open, the church bells could be heard, and it was quite warm in the room. Breakfast was wonderful. Still and fizzy water was available anytime. I will stay here again.

Everything was neat and organized and it was nice to have a mini refrigertor in the room. Mia and the staff were fantastic and helpful with several issues. Room was a little tight for an extended stay. Very little room on sude of Queen Bed. The "Queen" bed was two beds put together but it worked with one fitted sheet tieing the beds together. Suggestions... Directions on heating use - also note somwhere that AC turned off for "winter" Lastly...more counter space in the bathroom

Great Hotel in Zurich

Good location to get to Main Station and the tram system to access the city of Zurich. Breakfast was very good. We were allowed to book in very early having travelled by Nightjet from Hamburg which was VERY VERY much appreciated. Very happy to recommend this hotel'
