Built on two floors connected by internal stairs. This Villa is furnished to the highest standard carefully thought out by owners, every attention to detail and comfort has been considered. On first floor you can find 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 designed bathrooms one of the bathrooms is spacious with walk in shower. Two of the bedrooms have an exit to a cozy, sleek sitting area, you can watch the sun slowly set with a glass of bubbly enjoy in stunning views in your romantic nights. Ground floor is huge and wonderful furnishing where you can find 2 double bedrooms ,2 bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances connected with dining area and modern living room with large glass open exit to outside area. You’ll be instantly drawn to the glorious outdoor area, with multiple spaces to gaze and relax. Moving to the outside area of the Villa you’re welcomed to an intimate alfresco, a fully equipped outside kitchen with BBQ where you can tuck into feasts grilled, breathtaking huge green garden (850m2 big)enriched with Mediterranean herbs such as olives, oranges, figs, bananas... If the sun is too much, cool off in the incredible pool or under a parasol on a poolside lounger. There’s even table tennis and badminton set. Peace, high level privacy, silence, comfort, spaciousness with a dose of luxury are the factors that make this villa special and unique. The entrance to the property surrounded by lamps will make you feel like you are in the most beautiful fairy tale.
The pool is heated and allows you to swim and enjoy the colder months.
