Welcome to our modern self-service accommodations! We offer a contemporary stay without a traditional reception, ensuring your check-in is smooth and simple. After your online booking and payment, you can contact us in advance for access instructions. My co-hosts and I are available 24/7 for emergencies and to answer any questions you may have. We’re happy to share our recommendations for the best hotspots in Zoutelande, from cozy eateries to lively bars.
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and there is a 24/7 emergency number available. We speak English and, upon request, Dutch (we are still learning). While we are not a hotel, you will find excellent nearby restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – the local cuisine is highly recommended! We look forward to welcoming you and providing a fantastic stay.

Your access is easily arranged through our digital check-in form, so you won’t need to worry about a reception or long waiting lines. The information is needed for municipal registration and the tourist tax, so it’s an important step. Parking Information:
Paid parking is available off-premises from March 1st until October 31st.
Free parking from November 1st until February 28th.
Please Note: This room is compact and located in a lively building. Some sounds from neighboring apartments may occasionally be heard. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs for added comfort.
-This is a modest private room of approximately 8m², ideal for solo travelers or short stays. It is fully equipped for a comfortable night’s rest in a central location.
- Visitors: Unregistered guests are not allowed, regular checks are conducted.

- Dog fee: €15 per dog per night.
- Long stay: Weekly cleaning is required for longer stays (small extra fee).
-A separate Tourist tax will be charged and must be paid before check-in.
