The charming Villa Fiore is situated on a 12,000 sqm plot surrounded by meadows and woods and offers complete privacy and tranquillity - ideal for a family vacation. Outside you will find a spacious private pool where you can really relax while enjoying the beautiful view of the enchanting natural surroundings. There are sun loungers around the pool where you can sunbathe or relax after a dip in the pool.
On the covered terrace there is a large barbecue and bread oven, as well as a dining table where you can spend the evening with the family. The villa offers space for a total of 6 guests, extends over 130 square meters and all rooms are located on the first floor. The interior offers a pleasant atmosphere that will make you feel at home. In the open-plan living and dining area you will find a sofa, a TV and an open fireplace as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. The villa has two comfortably furnished bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom. One room has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. Book Villa Fiore and spend a peaceful vacation surrounded by unspoiled nature! If all roads in Europe lead to Rome, all roads in Istria lead to Zminj, the center of Istria and the old crossroads. The vacation home is located just outside Zminj in an ideal location for exploring the region. In the village you will find all amenities, stores, restaurants etc. The vacation home itself is in a secluded location in relaxing surroundings and is ideal if you value privacy, peace and quiet. Nevertheless, you can be as loud as you like without anyone taking offense. The coast with its large tourist centers is only a short drive away, as is Pula airport. Istria is well connected and has an excellent, uncrowded road system.
