The house is quiet at the end of the road in our beautiful resort Skanepark with a playground and a ping-pong table. Zum Schlafen war es völlig ok. Die Sauberkeit ließ ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig. Für 70 Endreinigung nicht angemessen. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos.

Viel kleiner als auf den Fotos

Die Wohnung nicht besonders gut für 4 Personen geeignet. Das zweite Zimmer ist so klein, dass man sich kaum drehen konnte. Die Schränke haben gemüffelt, sodass wir die Sachen in den Taschen lassen mussten. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen und unbequem. An den Fenstern im Obergeschoss gab es keinerlei Verdunklungsmöglichkeit. Das Kücheninventar war wirklich ausreichend, das Besteck aber teilweise eklig. Das untere Badezimmer hatte zwar eine tolle Dusche, aber es gab keine Möglichkeit, mehr als ein Handtuch anzuhängen. Die Terrasse mit dem Strandkorb hätte nett sein können… mit direktem Blick auf Parkplatz und Nachbarhaus machte das Verweilen dort aber keinen Spaß. Auch Frühstücken etc. war mit den Abgasen und dem Lärm der anderen einfach nicht angenehm. Am dritten Tag hatten wir den Zylinder des Türschlosses in der Hand… dies wurde aber zeitnah repariert. Der Wohnpark war zwar sehr abgelegen, aber man konnte durch den nahegelegenen Campingplatz innerhalb von circa 10 Minuten zum Strand. Bei dem Preis einfach nicht mehr mehr zu erwarten. Echt schade. Daraus werden wir lernen. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Toller Strand Urlaub.

Unterkunft war sauber,da gibt es absolut nix zu bemängeln.Ausstattung war sehr dürftig.Kochgeschirr Erich Honneckers Zeit (nicht böse gemeint)Müsste mal was daran getan werden auch an dem Rest des Geschirrs.Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und das ist doch wohl die Hauptsache.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Bis zum Strand zieht es sich zwar ein wenig, aber im großen und ganzen ist es in Ordnung. Der Herr an der Rezeption zum einchecken war super freundlich und hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen um Tipps zu geben für Unternehmungen für jede Wetterlage.

Richtig tolles Haus mit top Ausstattung und Parkplatz vor der Tür. 10 min Fußweg zum Strand. Wer mag sogar FKK. Aber auch textil. Ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhige, schöne Doppelhaushälfte

Waren Ende Oktober hier, war nicht viel los, Objekt liegt am Rande von Zinnowitz, ruhige Lage , Fahrrad schon empfehlenswert oder laufen zum Zentrum ca. 15 min. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht vom Föhn bis zur Backform. Möbel zwar teilweise in die Jahre gekommen, Ledersofa auf Sitzfläche gerissen .Trotzdem haben wir einen schönen Urlaub hier verbracht.
