The south-west-facing apartment is located in a central, quiet and very good residential area in the second row of a plot of land with two holiday homes. With the completion of the new building completely renovated in January 2019, it offers space and comfort for up to 4 people, Internet (WiFi), 3 Panasonic TVs with hotel mode, Sky, Playstation PS4, FIFA 20, karaoke, hi-fi system CD and Blue Touth, Blue-Ray player and hotel safe with digital display. The modern kitchen is equipped with high-quality Miele electrical appliances (CleanSteel oven, fridge / 4-star freezer, QuickPowerWash dishwasher, glass ceramic induction hob, extractor hood in glass design with headroom and LED lighting). The apartment welcomes you with its own south-west facing garden and terrace, bright and light rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, a clean gas fireplace, modern furniture with designer furniture, 2 bedrooms, living / dining area, bathroom with Villeroy & Boch sanitary fittings , Rain and massage concealed shower, hair dryer and towel design radiator, hallway and storage room with Miele washer dryer (WT1 QuickPower). Directly at the house are a parking space and a shed for bicycles / prams etc. available.
Enjoy the sun on your own terrace in summer and the pleasant warmth of the underfloor heating in the entire living and bathroom area as well as a cozy fire in the fireplace in winter. Shops are within walking distance, the main pedestrian zone (beach road) in 100 m, the pier in 800 m and a bike rental in the immediate vicinity. A laundry and towel package is provided per person and is included in the price.

Jammern auf hohem Niveau

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Qualitativ hohe Ausstattung.2 Anmerkungen:1. Das Bett im Kinderzimmer knarkst beim sich umdrehen so sehr, dass man ständig geweckt wird.2. Es gab keine Ersatzbatterien für die Fernbedienungen (Gas-Kamin, PS5-Mikrofone) Zugangscode zur PS5 durch Zufall herausbekommen. Ein Sessel wäre gut gewesen, für eine abendliches gemütliches Beisammensein.Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Sie war sauber, modern und sehr ruhig gelegen. In 15 min ist man durch den Ort zur Seebrücke gelaufen. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung des Inserates. Sehr modern und gut ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts fehlte. Die Nutzung mit Kindern war kein Problem. Schön sauber und eine sehr verständnisvolle und hilfsbreite Vermietererin. Logistisch gut gelegen im Herzen von Zingst. Wir konnten Fußläufig alles gut erreichen (Promenade, Seebrücke, Bäcker). Sehr empfehlenswert!

Unser Aufenthalt in der "Ostseesonne" war sehr erholsam. Die Wohnung ist zentral, aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist perfekt, nichts hat gefehlt. Die moderne Einrichtung in ihrer Klarheit und Sauberkeit hat mich begeistert. Keine Stehrumchen oder Staubfänger gaukeln Gemütlichkeit vor. Organisation und Kommunikation rund um das Objekt waren perfekt. Wir können diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen!
