The staff is incredible, the front desk was the issue. They put certain customers on the lower floors but refuse to work with others. They have worked in the past with us, maybe it is an issue when you book through Expedia. Will not be going back anytime soon, after 7 straight years of going to Irma.

The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. I have to say though, I have never stayed at a place where I had to seek out a server, but we had to do that daily. Also, we knew that we were at the top of a steep hill, however, we did not know that we would have to walk up to the 6th floor 2-3 times a day without an elevator. We are in our 50s and in shape, however, we never felt that we could just walk up to our room if we forgot anything.

Clean comfortable amazing place! Isaac and JP are great servers. However, the pool drink service was a little slower this year and could use a little improvement with some of the other staff. Otherwise very happy with this place.

Room could use some more hooks to hang towels on. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful, there was one man that wasn't the friendless. We had an ocean view room, but I couldn't see the ocean from my room, we stayed in 600. The staff was amazing.

The property sits on a small cliff overlooking Madera Bay. The view and sunsets are stunning. The staff are very courteous and pleasant. Close to Zihua center and many restaurants and shops. I hope to return next year.

The room was clean. No glasses, or micro,or fridge, no coffee. bare minimum! Two very small water. Tv not working, toilet wouldn’t flush, Told any personal food or drink was prohibited on property. Only in our room.. didn’t get a warm welcome feeling there. One night only thank goodness, due to WestJet change of our flight and our condo not ready.
